This ensures quality, transparency, and care at every step.
We use only fine flavor cacao from Guatemala, known for its unique aroma and complex taste. Cacao fino de aroma refers to rare cacao varieties with naturally rich notes—fruity, floral, or nutty—representing less than 10% of the world’s cacao. Our chocolate is made with a minimalist ingredient list—no preservatives, no additives, and no excess sugar or saturated fats. This allows the natural flavors of the cacao to take center stage.
All our chocolate is gluten free by default, and vegan—except for our milk, white, caramelized white, and mocha caramelized chocolates.
